Job Description

An established manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment. This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while overseeing both mechanical and electrical maintenance functions.
The Maintenance Manager will lead and develop maintenance teams, ensuring strong engagement, clear expectations, and consistent performance through coaching, feedback, and standardized processes. This individual will promote a proactive maintenance culture focused on reliability and preventative strategies rather than reactive firefighting.
Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and reliability efforts, implementing TPM and predictive maintenance programs, improving equipment uptime, managing work orders and CMMS systems, and analyzing performance metrics to identify root causes and drive improvements. The role also requires providing technical leadership across industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, automation, motors, and drives, and supporting teams in troubleshooting complex equipment issues while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
From an operational standpoint, this position is responsible for managing budgets, labor, and resource planning, establishing KPIs, and partnering with cross-functional teams on capital projects and plant initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a solid background in industrial maintenance and reliability, hands-on technical expertise (particularly in electrical and automation systems), and experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
