Job Description

An engineering-focused organization in the Midwest is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of precast concrete structures. This individual will work closely with senior engineers and project teams to deliver safe, accurate, and high-quality engineering solutions across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in structural design who is looking to grow their technical skillset while contributing to complex, real-world construction projects

Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
3+ years of experience in structural engineering
Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction practices
Experience with engineering tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Precast concrete or related industry experience
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification (or working toward it)
