Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst – Revenue Cycle to support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and project initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will partner with a small, collaborative team to drive enhancements across billing and revenue cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrade initiatives
Participate in and contribute to project-based work related to revenue cycle operations
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables
Support billing operations and revenue cycle optimization efforts
Work across multiple systems and stakeholders within a large, complex organization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in healthcare or payer environments
Background as an Epic Analyst/Builder or hands-on experience within a billing office/revenue cycle operations
Strong understanding of multiple payers and billing methodologies
Experience working within large enterprise organizations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
