Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Retail Associate for a retail operation supporting a corporate onsite store in Santa Clara, CA. This role will support day-to-day retail operations, customer service, and merchandising.
Job Logistics:
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week (max 30)
• Schedule: Weekly schedule, varies based on store needs
• Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
• Employment Type: 3yr + Contract
• Work Model: Fully onsite
Day to Day:
• Greet and assist customers
• Process transactions using POS systems
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Support merchandising and product displays
• Ensure positive customer experience
Compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
