Job Description

The candidate should be comfortable leveraging the team’s technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Gemini. Must be willing to learn as other approved AI-enabled tools as they become available. This includes the ability to create and maintain workflows, use automation to support daily responsibilities, and develop or configure AI agents to improve intake management, contract tracking, documentation follow-up, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

· Support contract lifecycle and lead the preparation, drafting, and review of contracts (e.g., Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work, and Service Level agreements).

· Maintain and manage contract data and assist in resolving contract disputes on terms with vendors and stakeholders. In addition, to maintaining a comprehensive database of contracts and related documents on OneDrive. Collaborate with multiple legal teams to ensure all documents have been updated and duplicated.

· Review, and revise contracts for accuracy and completeness, including terms and conditions, pricing, and payment schedules for team lead approval.

· Create and manage your own AI agent, build workflows/guardrails, and organize data efficiently to support daily workflow.

· Support contract negotiation with team lead on contract terms with vendors, sourcing, and other parties to secure the best possible deal for the company. Analyzing contract terms and conditions, identifying potential issues, and developing strategies or mitigating risks.

· Compliance monitoring to ensuring contracts follow company regulations and policies. Including contract activities covering third party security standards, cyber security, privacy, and AI assessment against company policies.

· Cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with legal counsel, finance, sourcing, project managers, and leadership to align contract terms with budgetary constraints and business objectives.

· Monitor contract performance, track milestones, and lead the resolution of any contract disputes, deviations, or amendments.

· Support team lead to guide and mentor analyst’s and contract administrators, establishing best practices and streamlining the organizational contract review workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or 2-4+ yrs. of experience as a contract administrator, vendor management related activities, preferably within the technology, sourcing, and/or legal space.

· Must be a strong team player and self-motivated learner with a problem-solving attitude with excellent communications skills.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Must be a good listener and retain detailed information regarding various technical projects.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex contract terms to stakeholders.

· Ability to assist negotiations effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements.

· Understanding relevant legal principles and contract law.

· Ability to analyze contract terms and identify potential risks.

· Efficiently managing large volumes of contracts and related documentation.

· Ensuring accuracy in all contract details.

· Comfortable with Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, DOMO, Visio, Database, PowerPoint, Skilled with Excel Macros/formulas, Atlassian Jira, Slack, Figma, Zendesk.
