Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Windows and Citrix administrator to guide and support our objectives for our growing Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This role is involved with our Platform Engineering team and contributes to supporting Enterprise software systems critical to international cargo transportation and logistics.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Technical Skills
o 5+ years administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
o Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, identity governance, and Azure AD administration.
o Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM concepts, security groups, hybrid connectivity, Systems Manager).
o Expertise with Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
o Deep knowledge of virtualization, networking fundamentals, and enterprise security principles.
Professional Attributes
o Customer‑centric mindset with commitment to reliable, high‑quality hosted services.
o Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple layers of the stack.
o Good English language written and verbal communication; comfortable working with internal teams and external customers.
o Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Certifications
o Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or modern Azure certifications).
o Citrix CCA‑V, CCP‑V, or higher.
o AWS SysOps or Solutions Architect Associate.
o ITIL Foundation or related operational frameworks.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Windows & AWS Domain Administration
o Administer and support the corporate Windows Active Directory domain hosted in AWS.
o Manage domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, access controls, and domain security.
o Perform user, group, and service account lifecycle management following least‑privilege principles.
o Ensure high availability, resilience, and consistent performance of core identity services.
o Debug and support Windows applications in development and hosted-customer environments.
o Optimize costs by analyzing resource usage and rightsizing environments.
