Job Description
Our large transportation client in Reading, PA is seeking an Insurance Claims Coordinator to join their Insurance Compliance and Claims Support team. This team serves as the central hub of the department—reviewing, routing, and processing all insurance- and claims-related work before it moves forward.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role focused on clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling a high volume of information. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize insurance and claims documentation
Verify accuracy and completeness of incoming information
Determine appropriate routing of claims and compliance-related work
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding claim status and next steps
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in auto insurance support or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working within workflow systems
Familiarity with Savion
Experience using Salesforce
Exposure to AS400 (IBM green screen system)
