Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Technical Writers/Labeling Project Specialists to support a leading medical device manufacturer. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the development and revision of product labeling and literature, including labels, Instructions for Use (IFUs), Directions for Use (DFUs), carton artwork, pouch artwork, and other labeling deliverables. The Labeling Project Specialist serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for labeling-related activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, accurate, and customer-focused content. Responsibilities include assessing project scope, creating labeling plans and schedules, tracking milestones, managing revisions, facilitating content reviews, coordinating artwork generation and document release activities, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and procedural requirements. This individual will proactively manage project dependencies and risks, drive consistency across labeling content, implement product labeling through Boston Scientific’s Document Control System, and identify opportunities for process improvements while ensuring projects are completed on time and with a high standard of quality.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s degree
4+ years’ work experience in regulated industry.
Medical Device Experience
2+ years Labeling experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct labeling or technical writing experience
Bachelor’s degree
Medical Electrical Equipment/ Capital Equipment experience
Adobe Suite Creative Suite experience strongly preferred.
MS Office and MS Project experience strongly preferred.
