Job Description

nsight Global is seeking a Director, Centralized Business Operations to drive operational excellence and revenue growth for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will oversee centralized business functions focused on patient retention, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient experience, while executing strategic initiatives that impact the organization at scale. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership, responsible for both team performance and enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of overall business experience with leadership/management responsibility
Proven experience leading large operations teams and centralized functions
Strong background in process improvement, analytics, and operational strategy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within healthcare or DME industry
Experience managing call centers or centralized operations environments Exposure to data analytics and performance optimization initiatives
