Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Global Sales Strategy Analyst to join the Global Sales Strategy team. Reporting to the Global Sales Chief of Staff, this role provides critical advisory, facilitation, and analytical support for global sales strategy initiatives. This role acts as an internal consultant and force multiplier for the CSO’s office. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional alignment between the CSO and the sales organization to ensure that global initiatives across robotics, AI, factory automation, energy, and building automation are coordinated and data-driven. We are looking for a strategic thinker capable of translating complex market signals into executive-level insights.

Key Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy Facilitation: Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives and workstreams specifically focused on the IIoT landscape.
· Executive Advisory Support: Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales MT to support high-level decision-making and customer engagements.
· Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a primary liaison between the Global Sales Strategy team and the Industrial/IIoT sales organization to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies.
· Market Intelligence Synthesis: Distill competitive dynamics, technology shifts, and customer trends into concise, actionable reports for sales leadership.
· Program Coordination: Track milestones and drive follow-through on ad-hoc strategy projects, ensuring deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders are met.
· Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends and regional opportunities to provide clear recommendations on where the Global Sales Organization should focus its resources.

Required Skills & Experience

· University degree in Engineering or Business with an advanced Degree: Masters degree or MBA preferred.
· 6+ years of proven experience in the technology or semiconductor industry across Consulting, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Candidates with experience at a large consulting company are also desired.
Familiarity with IIoT segments and global market dynamics such as factory automation, physical AI, robotics, edge AI, etc.
