Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to support an inpatient behavioral health unit in Piscataway, NJ, focused on children and adolescents. This clinician will manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients and provide a combination of individual and group therapy services within a structured inpatient setting. They will facilitate 2–3 therapeutic groups per day alongside interdisciplinary specialists who help support and, at times, lead group sessions. In addition to direct patient care, the clinician will be responsible for completing clinical documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review during non-patient-facing hours. This role requires strong collaboration with nursing staff, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health specialists to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care and support patient stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Master’s Degree in mental health related field
• Must have LSW or LAC (License Social Worker or Licensed Associate Counselor)
Experience working with the child and adolescent population
