Job Description
An employer is seeking a Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst to support a complex government tactical program. This individual will serve as the bridge between supply chain operations, SAP data, and executive reporting by transforming complex program and material data into meaningful dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.
The ideal candidate is not an SAP developer but has experience extracting and interpreting SAP data, understanding underlying data structures and tables, and leveraging Power BI and other reporting tools to build dashboards that drive informed decision-making. This person must have a strong understanding of supply chain and material management processes and be able to translate operational requirements into actionable metrics and visualizations.

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to obtain a clearance
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
Hands-on experience working with SAP data and reporting environments.
Strong Power BI dashboard development experience.
Experience creating executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
Understanding of supply chain, procurement, material management, inventory, production, or manufacturing processes.
Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Tableau
Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government programs.
Experience supporting complex, material-driven programs.
Familiarity with SAP modules related to Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Operations.
Experience with data modeling, SQL, DAX, and report automation.
Experience supporting executive leadership reporting and operational reviews.
