Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Content Coordinator to support one of our retail clients' Digital Marketing Experiences (DMX) organization. This role will serve as an extension of the Digital Marketing team, partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams to bring digital campaigns to life across owned channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, operationally minded, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
• Participate in campaign intake and briefing sessions to understand business objectives, audience needs, and digital content requirements.
• Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into actionable content execution plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end digital content production workflows across multiple campaigns and owned digital channels.
• Orchestrate digital production work across the broader Digital Marketing ecosystem, managing activities from campaign intake through publishing handoff.
• Serve as a primary cross-functional and agency point of contact, driving proactive planning and alignment throughout the content production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Publishing teams to ensure content deliverables are aligned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and documentation.
• Utilize Airtable and other workflow management tools to track campaign intake, timelines, dependencies, and content readiness.
• Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners, proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and status updates.
• Help shape digital content journeys and content execution plans that support broader campaign objectives.
• Ensure content and deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, brand standards, and production specifications prior to publishing handoff.
• Maintain project documentation, workflow standards, and process documentation while supporting evolving ways of working.
• Support the implementation and evolution of new digital content production processes and best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and opportunities within existing workflows.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital production, content production, project coordination, creative operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, digital content production, creative production, content publishing workflows, or digital marketing organizations.
• Familiarity with campaign intake processes, workback planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills & Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Airtable, Figma, Slack, or similar workflow management tools.
• Large enterprise, Retail, eCommerce, or Nike experience is strongly preferred.
