An employer in Huntsville, AL is looking to hire an ILS Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing logistics and sustainment strategies across the full system lifecycle. This role ensures that systems are supportable, reliable, and cost-effective by aligning logistics, maintenance, and operational requirements with program objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment, or systems supportability
Strong knowledge of publications, provisioning and logistics to include, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), provisioning and supply chain management
Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), Technical documentation and data management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting DoD or aerospace/defense programs
