Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Estimator responsible for analyzing drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost, material, and labor estimates. This individual will build project budgets and schedules, manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, and support procurement strategies. They will also lead value engineering efforts, solicit trade partner proposals, and assist in preparing and executing contracts to ensure successful project delivery.

Duties and Rsponsibilities:

-Build detailed cost estimates
-Develop budgets and schedules
-Lead value engineering efforts
-Source and level subcontractor bids
-Assist with procurement and contract execution

Required Skills & Experience

-10+ years of experience working for another CM or GC in a preconstruction/estimating capacity
-Ability to analyze drawings, specs, and proposals
-Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering
-Subcontractor/vendor management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Destiny (Beck Technology) experience
