Job Description
This role is responsible for receiving maintenance requests, assigning them to the appropriate team, and ensuring all work is properly documented. They create and manage schedules for maintenance, repairs, and projects to keep operations running efficiently. The position coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and engineering resources needed to complete work. They work closely with operations and other departments to plan maintenance activities and minimize disruptions. The role also ensures all required resources, documentation, and safety requirements are in place before work begins.
