About Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is Head of Agentic Ops, Safety, and Governance at IG Labs, Insight Global’s applied AI lab, where he architects and runs multi-agent systems in production for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, utilities, pharma, and telecom, building the runtime guardrails, adversarial evaluation, agent identity and access, promotion gates, and model cost governance that keep them behaviorally reliable.

He brings nearly two decades of experience as a hands-on leader, including VP, Software Development at Truist Securities, where he led data and AI for a market and credit risk platform covering $4.4 billion in assets and $2.2 billion in liabilities, founding the AI Lab at Quinnox in 2016, and senior consulting at Accenture Singapore.

His work on runtime governance for multi-agent systems has been published in IEEE and ACM venues. He speaks and chairs sessions at international conferences, including the 2026 IEEE PES Conferences and Expositions, and serves on the IEEE ICTAI and GridEdge 2026 program committees. He received a Gold Stevie Award for Innovator of the Year in AI Transformation for a generative AI contract intelligence platform.
