Serving as a Subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud Solutions and Automations. * Providing hands-on leadership during design, implementation and ongoing developments of SFMC Solutions to internal Business Units, including Email, Mobile and Web Studio's. * Building emails in Marketing Cloud using HTML5, CSS3 and AMPscript for Personalized content blocks. * Creating Complex Customer Experience Journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio leveraging data from FTP filedrop/ Scripts Automations. * Handling large amounts of Data, Data modeling, uploading, cleansing and sorting * Testing the usecases in QA and previewing emails in Litmus for responsive behaviour. * Perform Journeys/Automatin testing in Sandbox environment and moving the Journey canvas to Production Business Units using Deployment Manager. * Automating Journey reporting and Mobile Studio reporting using Custom SQL Queries basis on KPI's. * Defining/measuring and analyzing the success metrics/Key KPI's for Customer Journeys using Goals. * Consulting the stakeholders on the success metrics and planning the future journeys in more productive ways.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
