We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Trainer to join our team. The ERP Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training... programs to educate end users on the functionality and usage of our ERP system. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions.Responsibilities:? Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop training plans and materials for end users of the ERP system.? Design and develop training curriculum, presentations, manuals, and online resources to support training programs.? Conduct training sessions for end users on various modules of the ERP system, including but not limited to finance, HR, inventory management, and production.? Customize training content to meet the specific needs and roles of different user groups within the organization.? Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and participant enrollment.? Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users as needed to reinforce learning and address individual questions or concerns.? Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.? Stay current with updates and enhancements to the ERP system and incorporate relevant changes into training materials and programs.?
