Insight Global is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for a client of ours based in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will provide mental health evaluations and treatments for patients in a clinic setting. Successful candidates will perform diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy treatment, group therapy/counseling sessions, and crisis intervention services.
Functions as a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Counselor by performing one or more of the following clinical interventions as appropriate to properly care for patients:
- Provide screenings, assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions and functional assessments identifying barriers to improving and maintaining optimal physical health
- Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions
- Assist in the detection of "at risk" patients and the development of plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration
- Provide brief, focused interventions for mental and behavioral health problems and disorders
- Meets case load management/productivity expectations as defined for the assigned area
- Meets all quality/accountability/documentation requirements
- Completes all documentation requirements within specified timeframes
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned
