A client in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Cash App Workstream Lead to join their team. The client is currently rolling out an Order to Cash project and the Workstream Lead will step in to help own and drive the process. They will be responsible for supporting the Director of AR, documenting processes and workflows around the current cash application, identifying improvement opportunities, reviewing the purity of customer data, documenting improvements and gameplans, assisting with escalation resolution. They will be working with cross function teams and both the Finance and IT groups within the organization.
