Job Description

: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Paid Search Analyst. This individual will be joining the Digital Marketing team supporting a vendor funded initiative for five "golden vendors". This Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning of all areas of campaign management including requirements gathering, solution design, vendor management/coordination as well as leading reporting deliverables and testing strategy. This role will also focus on Marketing Data such as analyzing traffic sources coming onto the website, customer flow/journey and providing recommendations on how to optimize conversion rates.



* Responsible for supporting the planning and management of Paid Search campaigns for the marketing team to boost sales.

* Supervise the campaign post go live managing tracking updates and oversee the success of the campaign to make it as optimized as possible.

* Provide optimization recommendations and other actionable insights to Paid Search, and Display based on performance data.

* Communicate testing results and show impact across departments (Paid Media, eComm, Products, SEO, etc.)

* Assist in troubleshooting and QAing pixel implementation and landing page tracking.

* Be the lead resource over your campaigns regarding reporting and data analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics

* Stay ahead of the latest emerging trends and industry developments for tools and trends and be an active participant in cross-departmental knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years' experience in Paid Search and SEO display, having developed strategy and executed campaigns

* Experience managing sizable PPC accounts, preferably for companies with a large e-commerce presence

* Experience collaborating between organic and paid search programs

* Advanced knowledge of the capabilities of trafficking platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; Ideally Adobe Ad Cloud but need experience in either SA360 or Marin

* Actively seeks out opportunities to gain experience new skills and develop their overall understanding of Paid Media and analysis

* Proficient in the use of various analytics related programs such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics and has a working knowledge of advanced analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics

* Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macros

* Ability to accurately forecast budget and account performance based on various budget scenarios

* Experience collecting and analyzing behavior through unmoderated experiments (A/B testing)

* Ability to compile large data sets from multiple sources into a cohesive report that communicates a clear story to the client

* Comfortable leading reports calls with no assistance and presenting report findings directly to clients

* Ability to draw valuable insights and recommendations from raw data

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL

* 1 -2+ years' experience in Adobe Analytics

* Google Ads certified (including Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile)

* Microsoft Advertising (Bing) certified
