Bronwen Gregg, Senior Account Manager, connected with All-in Diversity Project through Global Gaming Women, an independent charitable organization to deliver high impact programs and events on a global scale that support, inspire, and influence the development of women in the gaming and lottery industry.
“As a talent solutions company that is dedicated to empowering people through the value of opportunity, Insight Global is the perfect partner with All-in Diversity Project as a sponsor on the #OpenDoors campaign,” said Bronwen.
Insight Global is proud to support this project with women in the gaming and sports betting industry, which had a record-breaking year in revenue in 2020. The gaming and sports betting industry also brings back a surge of employment after the devastating economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in locations like Las Vegas who have suffered disproportionally.
The #OpenDoors campaign also creates a scholarship fund to support aspiring leaders from under-represented groups. All-in Diversity Project has set a 2021 goal to raise enough to be able to fund at least two scholarships to the UNLV International Gaming Institute and UNR College of Business and Extended Studies’ Executive Development Program (EDP). Insight Global is a committed sponsor, along with Penn National Gaming, Hero Gaming, Interactive Gaming Group, Playtech, Pronet Gaming, and Facebook Gaming.
“The #OpenDoors campaign and scholarship fund aligns incredibly well with our Shared Values and we are grateful for the opportunity to support this mission,” said Bronwen.
“We will do this by recognizing our professional advocates, pledging to pay it forward, and holding the door open for a future female CEO of the betting and gaming industry,” she says.
Insight Global places a tremendous value on diversity of thought, experience, and background. Our Diversity Council and D,E&I division, led by Korryn Williamson, offers consulting services for our clients to increase intentionality around hiring and cultivating talent from all perspectives.
