Primary responsibilities of this role are:? Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank’s servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system? Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents? Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution? Prepare customer communication? Manage workflow to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded.Additional responsibilities may include:? Assist with other collateral related tasks as needed (including continuations of UCCs, or other ongoing maintenance)? Work with outside agencies (Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Clerk of courts, lending institutions and dealers) to resolve problems? A client of Insight Global is looking for a Trade Services Support Specialist to join their team of 8 in Cincinnati, OH. There will be in person training to learn and understand the operations within the Trade Services group. This person will be responsible for supporting the custody re-platform project. This includes working within a shared inbox to complete daily assignments involving order entries and post execution of trades. The Support Specialist will receive trade instructions for processing, posting, and updating accounts for investment advisors. This may include some research and cross-checking for discrepancies within account types to help confirm that trade reports are accurate and updated. This person must be highly organized to hit various deadlines, well versed in Excel, and comfortable working in a fast-pace environment. Design and develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with project goals.Create detailed training curricula, including objectives, content, materials, and assessment methods.Develop high-quality training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.Has worked within Articulate and Camtasia Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Operations) to ensure training programs are integrated with overall project efforts.Coordinate with other training departments within NiSource and alignLead the work of two instructional designers Manage a complex excel database of all Clients employees and group/sort according to training needs.
