Key Responsibilities:Process Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and processes. Document findings and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.Solution Facilitation: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. One of our Banking Financial services clients is looking to add an additional Power BI/Data Analyst II to their team. This specific team is responsible for managing all digital workplace operations for internal employees across the organization, globally. This individual will be responsible for supporting the asset management side by gathering, reporting, analyzing, and converting all data/insights. The main initiative that this team is working towards is transferring all the data gathered from their systems from a manual Excel format into Power BI. By the end of 2023, the goal is to have all data and insights running on Power BI after all existing data is converted.
