Job Description: - Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and investigate relevant statutes and regulations. - Gather information to support attorneys in building strong cases.- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings. - Ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to court rules.- Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and maintain case files. May also assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.- Organize case files, manage deadlines, and coordinate court appearances.
