A Higher Education client of Insight Global is looking to hire a QA Test Automation Engineer within their Software Engineering Group. This group is under the Office of Information Technology... department. The group supports end-user interfaces, specifically within the student portal and learning management system. The group is responsible for all custom software development within the University. As a QA Test Automation Engineer, you will work alongside the team that is supporting the ongoing development, and assisting with the backlog of testing. You will also be working on the enrollment/unenrollment of student in their respective courses using both front end and back end systems. The ideal candidate will not only have the strong technical skill set, but will need to have a strong analytical mindset and be able to think out of the box.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This role is fully remote, but must be able to work the MST time zone. This position is slated for a 6 month contract, and can pay between $50-$55/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract.
