Job Description

Worker Support for EMG Demo Setup and Management Request for support of a contingent worker to assist with the setup, intake, and management of our critical demos. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation and success of our demos, which are integral to showcasing our EMG technology and fostering partnerships.

Demo Setup and Intake: The worker will be responsible for setting up EMG demos as per our Demo Setup Guide. This includes understanding the technical requirements, configuring the demo environment, and ensuring all necessary components are in place. Building Butterfly Bot and


Form Rules for Demos: The worker will develop and implement rules for our Butterfly bot to streamline the demo process. This includes creating form rules to automate data entry and reduce manual errors, and programming the bot to handle common queries and tasks. The worker will need to understand the bot's capabilities and limitations, and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Device Management: The worker will ensure devices are properly set up and 'goldened' as per our Golden Devices Guide. This involves configuring devices to the required specifications, maintaining a record of device check-outs, and ensuring devices are returned and reset after use. The worker will need to understand the technical specifications of the devices, and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Code Freeze Management: The worker will ensure code freezes are in place for demos to prevent any last-minute changes that could impact the demo's success.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with demo setup and management.
Technical knowledge to understand and manage device setup and code freezes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, and to present at in-person demos.
This role is critical to the success of our demos and the showcasing of our EMG technology.
