Insight Global is looking for an IT Technician to sit onsite in Norfolk, VA to support one of our clients. The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Receive tickets in house ticketing system, resolve within 24 hours
* Support it remotely and from there if they cannot support it, they will go onsite
* Team: 2 other technicians and manager
* Potential traveling site to site in company car
* Set up work stations for new hires/temps
* Set up workstation in Active Directory

* Bachelor's Degree is a hard requirement strong preference
* 1-2 years of helpdesk support, Recent grads are a potential
* Quick learner/self starter
* Clearance card eligible/Pass a background check
Certifications: Sec+ and A+ or Net+
