o 8-10 years leadership experience in a PMO on an enterprise level
o Leadership experience, specifically, leading strategic development, developing performance metrics for a team of Project Managers
- Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex and challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to manage projects in alignment to best practices across the industry
- Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables;
- Expert project management skills, specifically communication skills, project planning, risk management and capacity planning
- Ability to educate teams on PM best practices and secure buy in.
- Maintained executive level relationships to drive initiatives in a loosely defined system
- Great communication skills and has experience being the liaison between the technical teams and the business units
- PMP Certification/waterfall practitioner
- Analytics and Business Intelligence PM/ Data skills demonstrated in previous experience,
- PWA -Project Web App experience
- Facilities or real estate experience
