Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Clients Team at their Tennessee Manufacturing Site. This candidate will be responsible for evaluating current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. They will be responsible for implementing lean methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste. This candidate will also be responsible for managing the ISO 9001 process.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or Related Field
5+ years of experience of plant manufacturing and process expertise/experience
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Experience within Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with business and financial analysis
