Job Description

Our client, a National Real Estate Lender, is looking to expand their team and add another credit analyst to their quickly growing business. This role will provide an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing institutional RE lenders in the space and support hundreds of borrowers and ongoing/future developments to come. Responsibilities

Evaluating real estate private credit opportunities from initial underwriting to origination.
Analyzing borrower and project risk criteria to structure funding solutions for real estate sponsors.
Manage a high-growth deal pipline and coordinate timelines to match borrower needs.
Support business development and product development to bridge gap between borrower needs and lender product criteria

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field: Real Estate, Private Credit, Banking
General capital markets knowledge and real estate credit underwriting background
Strong analytical and financials modelling skills
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines
Capable of understanding, describing and debating complex concepts
Coachable, agile, competitive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial/business minded

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior credit experience within Real Estate, Lending, etc.
