The Executive Assistant will be supporting a VP and will be responsible for maintaining calendars, planning and organizing business meetings, coordinating travel, managing expense reports, and assisting with all other related administrative duties. Responsibilities ? ?Maintaining daily calendars and owning the end-to-end scheduling process for the VP/General Manager and leadership team, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings. ?Planning and organizing business meetings, department events, and offsites, including overseeing logistics and on-site support to ensure seamless execution. ?Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and travel documents. ?Managing and administering expense reporting?processing invoices and reconciling departmental budgets with accuracy and timeliness. ?Organizing and maintaining departmental files, supplies, and documentation for easy access and compliance. ?Assisting with the preparation of correspondence, reports, manuals, and presentations for business leaders, ensuring high-quality deliverables. ?Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. ?Performing other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the leadership team and department.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
