Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and innovative UX Content Specialist to join a Big 5 banking client digital delivery team on a hybrid basis in downtown Toronto. In this role, the UX content specialist will play a pivotal role in launching cutting-edge projects and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a robust writing background, with experience in journalism and technical writing, particularly in UX. They should have a knack for persuasive marketing writing and demonstrate strong analytical skills. A background in technical or UX writing will be essential, as will the candidate's ability to craft persuasive marketing content. Strong analytical skills are a must to navigate process flows and tight timelines effectively.
Core responsibilities include:
- Creating artifacts such as copy decks and ensuring linguistic accuracy in English.
- Conducting thorough walk-throughs to ensure project integrity.
- Participating in design critiques, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the larger department to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
- Engaging in organizational huddles and town halls, staying connected with the broader company vision.
- Operating within an agile framework, including daily standups and retrospective meetings, to maintain project momentum.
- Working closely with your pod to meet project goals.
