Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join a Big 5 bank in Toronto on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will join the public website design team working on customer facing applications and will be responsible for conducting research and mapping out designs in line with the company's marketing brand. Strong experience with design tools, UX methodologies, and strong communication skills is essential to be successful in this role. This is a hybrid role once a week in the downtown Toronto location.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years of experience working as a UX Designer with medium-large size organizations

- Excellent knowledge of user centred design principles, information architecture, UX methodologies and UX Research

- Excellent experience with design tools such as Figma, User Zoom, and User Testing to create intuitive pages

- University Degree in Information Systems (UX), Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Social Science, or a related field

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present designs to multiple stakeholders across the organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- AEM experience and understanding the components to design

- Good understanding of CSS and HTML

- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature
