Sr. Product Designer

Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of customer experiences within small business banking.

Wireframes and Prototypes: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX researchers, product owners, UI designers, business stakeholders) to align on design goals and implementation.
Usability Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

Large enterprise experience
Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders
Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style
Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
Proven abilities within discovery, solutioning, and general problem solving

Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions
Small business banking experience
Fraud/security experience (one-time passcode, multi-factor authentication, SSO, etc.)
