The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and a background in Windows, Linux, or VMware infrastructure. This expertise will be crucial in assessing the feasibility of requirements from other teams. You will leverage your previous experience and analytical skills to provide clear, actionable specifications and develop new functions in ServiceNow for various Lines of Business (LOBs).
