Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead a digital product team for a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will oversee the vision and entire lifecycle of digital products, from inception to launch. The products will be focused around money management, including a spending insights feature and a savings goals tool. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, collaborating with designers and developers, and crafting short- and long-term product visions. Youll also participate in market research, identify opportunities for new features, and work closely with agile product teams to build and deliver on roadmaps. As a customer-centric manager, youll translate user needs into digital business opportunities, ensuring products remain competitive and impactful.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in product ownership and management, including digital product experience.
Strong, balanced experience in both Product Delivery and Product Management.
Strong technical knowledge or experience, understanding of product architecture, and a track record of strong partnerships with development teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing a breadth of stakeholders (ie. Business, technical, risk, fraud, infosec, legal, marketing, branding, contact centre).
Experience developing product roadmaps, performing competitive analyses, and delivering on road maps from ideation to launch and optimization (full end-to-end).
Experience with mobile applications/features.
Experience running agile teams and general experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
A strong team player mentality, professional communication skills, and a key contributor to a positive team environment.
