Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Client Service Provider to join one of our largest banking clients team. The ideal candidate will handle high volumes of calls and email requests from capital markets clients, including those with sensitive and complex needs. This role involves managing all tasks related to client accounts, ranging from fraud inquiries to transaction requests, account movements, and more. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus and act as a sales representative for our products and services.
