Job Description

Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager at Insight Global is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable business growth. This individual will analyze business processes, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Track and report the effectiveness of improvement initiatives using KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Prepare and present progress updates to leadership teams.
• Utilize data analytics and root cause analysis tools to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects
• Analyze downtime and operational data to determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead regular project review meetings to ensure progress, accountability, and alignment with site goals.
• Drive and sustain 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization and efficiency
• Facilitate Kaizen events to capture improvement opportunities and engage employees.
• Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvement initiatives.

Skills
• Ability to analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Experience creating and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive results
• Strong follow-up discipline to ensure execution of improvement initiatives
• Confidence in addressing challenges and resolving roadblocks with stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead trainings and communicate across all levels of an organization
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience presenting initiatives and results to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis software.
