Estimated Pay Range: $15-$17
A client of Insight Global is looking for a committed and motivated person to join a call center team. This person will be answering and making calls from customers. In addition, they will be solving and resolving some tickets as well.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
The ability to make ~50 calls a day
Experience using ticketing systems and solving tickets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using Zendesk
