Management System Oversight
Develop, implement, and maintain the IMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Ensure that all policies, procedures, and practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement across U.S. and Canada operations.
Coordination and Communication
Serve as a contact person between U.S. and Canada operations, facilitating seamless communication and coordination with headquarters on quality, safety, and environmental matters.
Act as a team player who fosters collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with quality strategies and IMS standards across regions.
Support and communicate with management and stakeholders to implement quality objectives effectively across the organization.
Problem-Solving and Quality Tools
Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess risks and drive quality improvements.
Use 8D methodology, 5-Why, and Ishikawa (Fishbone) Analysis to conduct root cause analyses and address quality and safety issues.
Oversee Non-Conformance (NC) Management and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to track, resolve, and prevent quality issues across regions.
Audits and Compliance
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards in both U.S. and Canada.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, managing audit schedules, and documentation.
Oversee corrective and preventive actions following audit findings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Risk Management
Lead risk assessments to identify and control quality, environmental, and health & safety risks across operations.
Continuously evaluate and enhance risk management processes within the IMS framework to support organizational resilience.
Training and Development
Develop and deliver training on IMS policies, quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5-Why), and auditing practices for U.S. and Canada teams.
Promote best practices for quality and compliance across teams, fostering a collaborative culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare detailed reports on IMS performance, non-conformance findings, and corrective actions for senior management and headquarters.
Maintain up-to-date documentation meeting ISO requirements and supporting accountability across U.S. and Canada operations.

Insight Global is looking for an integrated management systems coordinator to join one of our large energy technology and management clients in Raleigh, NC. This is a 6 month contract to hire position looking to begin ASAP. The IMS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). The role involves continuous improvement of processes, conducting internal audits, and ensuring that the organization meets its regulatory and customer requirements.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience with FMEA, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why Analysis, and NC/NCR Management.
Auditing skills for conducting internal and external audits per ISO standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Continuous Improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IMS software.
Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 auditing is highly desirable.
3-5 years within an engineering Industry environment
