What Youll Do In this role, youll be at the forefront of pre-sales engagements, helping to secure new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones: Providing pre-sales technical support by understanding client requirements, presenting security and compliance solutions and conducting product demonstrations.Collaborating with clients to design tailored security and compliance solutions that meet their needs and regulatory requirements.Working closely with sales teams, product management and engineering to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.Conducting training sessions for sales teams on security and compliance offeringsStaying up to date on industry trends, emerging threats and regulatory changes.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor on security and compliance issues.Assisting in the creation of technical proposals and responses to RFPs and articulating the value of our security solutions.Ensuring successful post-sale implementation and client satisfaction, as well as addressing clients continually evolving needs.Helping define new product offerings and recommending custom solutions for key customers when appropriate.Compensation: $150k-$170kWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
