This position is responsible for the research, design and development of our room sized medical devices, while serving as liaison to Operations and Customer Support. This position is responsible for systems engineering and primarily for the design transfer to production, service, support and training, and also technical support to our customers, dealers, and field engineers.
- Systems engineering design, prototype development and testing based on requirements.
- Design transfer to production, service, support, training and supplier development and management.
- Carry out and lead technical investigations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and also as part of the team.
- Testing x-ray devices in-house
- Writing test reports based on findings

- 3+ years' experience in systems engineering field
- Bachelors degree in related field (engineering, computer science, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems
- Experience working with medical devices (radiology preferred)
- Experience writing documents, test protocols, reports
- Familiar with programming languages (python preferred)
