Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Charlotte area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Charlotte location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a new team of 4 to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. This will be a new team being built out of the Charlotte area to support headcount growth. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
Experienced with a ticketing system
Client uses sysaid
Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support
