Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a top international litigation firm. The paralegal will be joining the firms NYC office and will work alongside attorneys during all phases of the litigation process - from the initiation of a case to the discovery period through trial and post-trial findings and appeals. The paralegal will work with various partners at the firm and mentor junior paralegals.

Responsibilities:
Organize documents and coordinate document productions.
Conduct research regarding potential new cases and entities, create and maintain internal case databases, and run searches in both internal and external databases.
Assist in case preparation, as well as prepare and attend depositions and trials.
Handle court filings and motion practice.
Act as a liaison among different firm departments and outside agencies.
This is a full-time position, onsite 3 days a week onsite in New York, NY.
$70,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of litigation paralegal experience
Receipt of notary license within the first 3 months of employment
Experience with discovery databases and electronic discovery
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and writing skills
Bachelors Degree minimum of 3.0 GPA

Mentorship/leadership experience
