We are searching for a forecasting and capacity planning analyst. As the Forecasting and Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing historical customer service related data and identifying current trends to develop unconstrained demand forecasts. You will use excel, tableau and Zendesk to pull data and manipulate to come to forecasting and insights. You will be responsible for gathering and presenting these insights and findings to executives in order to impact decisions.

* 3+ years of experience working with consumer data to draw insights and forecast future outcomes in order to impact business decisions related to staffing, volume trends and & financials
* Experience utilizing Excel for data manipulation -- Pivot tables, Vlook ups, macros
* Collaborate with analytics teams to align internal forecasts with machine learning as well as building more accuracy and scenario planning forecasts
* Responsible for month-end reporting deliverables with accuracy
* Experience using Zendesk for data collection, Tableau and PlayVox
