Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Executive IT Support Engineer for one of our healthcare clients. Our client is focused on applying technology to drug development and building subsidiary life sciences and health technology companies. This role will start as a contract opportunity with extensions and potential conversion and be required to be onsite in New York City five (5) days per week, with some occasional travel to surrounding areas.
This role is a critical position within our clients organization, responsible for delivering top-tier technical support to several of our clients executives. This individual will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to executive-level users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and implementing technology solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide personalized technical support to executives, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and addressing any other IT-related concerns.
- Manage executive-level IT requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.
- Set up and configure new devices and software for executives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and security protocols.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require specialized expertise.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and enhance the efficiency of executive technology tools and systems.
