We are seeking a Digital Analyst to help execute A/B tests on our Value Pre-Paid Phone Brands. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Digital Experimentation, you will engage with the full lifecycle of... Adobe Target digital experiences?from gathering initial requirements and managing Jira tickets to performing manual QA and coordinating launches with Legal, Analytics, and Accessibility teams.Daily FunctionsExperience and Personalization Management: Ideate on potential business impacting tests and coordinate with cross-functional business owners to field test concepts, identifying risks and dependencies, while maintaining the Jira Board with clear tickets and defined acceptance criteria to ensure traceability. Build & Execute: Configure tests in Adobe Target user interface and coordinate with dedicated UI developer when technical implementation support (javascript) support is needed. Launch Coordination & Validation: Coordinate the release process with technical and operational teams, conducting post-launch validations to ensure stability and functionality in the production environment. Cross-Functional Liaison (Legal & Data Analytics): Manage the flow of information to Legal and Reporting teams by sending formal launch notifications and supplying technical details (GTM + Tealium tags, Activity IDs, tracking parameters) for performance measurement. Reporting & Scaling: Leverage data performance readouts on testing results to make actionable decisions on next steps on test winners and losers.
