Insight Global is looking to hire a Remote QA Manager for one of its Largest Healthcare Clients. This individual will manage around 5 testing teams. Responsibility varies depending on the project phase. In the beginning, the day will consist of attending meetings. During functional testing, this person will engage with different teams to understand the master plan. After testing is complete they will formulate a strategic plan for the implementation. This person is responsible for writing test strategies and test plans from an end-to-end perspective, then executing these plans. They will not be hands-on testing, rather they should be a strong communicator both upstream and downstream while able to execute plans cross-functionally.

5+ years of end-to-end testing management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple, large testing teams within an enterprise level environment
Organizational skills
